OFFICIAL! Venue for the 2024 Copa Sudamericana Final Set
The Copa Sudamericana final already has an official venue and it will be in the heart of South America.
CONMEBOL President Alejandro Domínguez confirmed on Wednesday, April 10, what many of us were waiting for: the official announcement of the venue for the 2024 Copa Sudamericana final, which will take place in Asunción, the capital of Paraguay, on November 23. However, although the country and city have been confirmed as the final's venue, a stadium for the final match has not yet been confirmed.

Domínguez made this information public through a post on social media confirming the official venue for the 2024 Copa Sudamericana. "Confirmed venue! The city of Asunción, located in the heart of South America, will once again host the Final of the @CONMEBOL @Sudamericana," reads the post on X (formerly Twitter).
On the other hand, the CONMBEOL president also confirmed the venue for the final of the next edition of the Copa Sudamericana (2025), which will take place in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
With this information, both South American cups (Libertadores and Sudamericana) already have a venue for the grand final where teams can compete for the title. However, neither of the two cups has a confirmed stadium for the final. In the case of the Libertadores, where the final will take place in Buenos Aires, Argentina, it is speculated that the Monumental or La Bombonera could host the final.
