World champions Shubenkov and Kuchina cleared to compete as neutral athletes
Sergey Shubenkov is among seven Russians to make the latest list of athletes cleared to compete as neutrals.
Russian world champions Sergey Shubenkov and Mariya Kuchina have been given permission to compete as neutral athletes.
Shubenkov, the 110 metre hurdles gold medallist from 2015, is one of seven Russian athletes given clearance by the IAAF to compete during the national federation's suspension, following the three who were given the green light in February.
Kuchina also topped the podium in Beijing and is included, as is Daniil Tsyplakov, the European indoor champion in the same event.
Pole vaulters Ilya Mudrov and Olga Mullina, and race walkers Sergey Shirobokov and Yana Smerdova complete the list.
An IAAF statement read: "The applications of seven Russians have met the exceptional eligibility criteria to compete in international competition as neutral athletes.
"Their participation as neutral athletes in international competition is still subject to formalities for eligibility under IAAF Rules being completed and subject to acceptance of their entries by individual meeting organisers."
The IAAF has now approved 10 applications to compete, while 17 have been declined.
Russia's ban from international competition, including last year's Olympic Games, came following the findings of the McLaren report, which uncovered evidence of a state-sponsored doping program in the country.
