Erasmus to lead new Springboks management team
Former Springbok Rassie Erasmus is the man to replace Allister Coetzee, who was sacked this month.
Former Springboks loose forward Johan "Rassie" Erasmus, 45, was confirmed as the new South Africa coach by officials in Johannesburg on Thursday.
He succeeds Allister Coetzee, who was fired in February after winning only 11 of 25 Tests during two seasons in charge.
Erasmus will be in charge of the national team for the first time on June 2 when they play Wales in Washington.
