Second seeds Oliver Marach & Mate Pavic got the better of the top-seeded pair of Jamie Murray & Bruno Soares in straight sets 6-2, 7-6 to claim the Qatar ExxonMobil Open doubles crown for 2018.
Marach & Pavic didn't drop a single set on route to the final and the pair made a dream start in the first set, breaking the duo of Murray and Soares in the third game of the encounter. A further break in the seventh match 40-0 gave the Austrian & Croatian duo the advantage, eventually running out as 6-2 winners.
