Decho, Panpayak Headline Action-Packed ONE Friday Fights 155 On May 22
ONE Friday Fights does not slow down. The weekly series rolls into Bangkok's legendary Lumpinee Stadium this Friday, May 22, with another stacked card. A clinch monster chases his fourth straight victory, an unbeaten Russian prodigy is ready to announce himself on martial arts’ biggest stage, and a seven-time World Champion desperately tries to get back into the win column.
Streak Meets Perfection In The Main Event
The main event is exactly the kind of fight that makes ONE Friday Fights unmissable, as two surging athletes could leave Lumpinee Stadium with a six-figure contract and coveted ONE Championship roster spot.
Decho Mavinn Muaythai has established himself as one of the most feared clinch fighters coming through ONE Championship’s flyweight Muay Thai division – he’s relentless, suffocating, and dangerous in close quarters.
Three straight wins and avenging his only promotional loss have placed him firmly in the conversation for a life-changing six-figure contract, and the 23-year-old Songkhla native steps into Friday's main event with the momentum of a fighter who is hitting his stride at exactly the right time.
Standing across from him is a 19-year-old who has not lost a professional fight in his life. Rustam "Tomahawk" Yunusov, who owns a perfect 16-0 with 11 knockouts, is a Moscow-born southpaw who has been dreaming of competing in Thailand since he first laced up gloves. The Russian prodigy owns seven victories in ONE Championship, and one more should lead him to the contract he has been chasing.
A Living Legend Steps Back Into The Ring
The co-main event is a throwback moment wrapped inside a Friday night card.
Panpayak Jitmuangnon is one of the most decorated Muay Thai practitioners alive. He owns seven World Titles, three consecutive Sports Writers of Thailand Fighter of the Year awards, and a career that reads like a history book of the sport.
But lately, “The Angel Warrior” has fallen on hard times, struggling to rebuild momentum since making his promotional return in October 2024.
The 30-year-old Thai steps back into bantamweight kickboxing action against Moroccan newcomer Othman Rhouni, who makes his promotional debut with everything on the line and nothing to lose.
