The Mexican attacker set up his team's second and scored its third as the Galaxy cruised to a 3-1 win.

Giovani dos Santos got his first start for the LA Galaxy and made his MLS debut Sunday, and what a debut it was.
The Mexican star, playing as a forward beside former Tottenham teammate Robbie Keane, netted his first MLS goal and set up Keane for another as the LA Galaxy strolled to a 3-1 win over the Seattle Sounders.
The Sounders, playing without a fairly large number of usual starters, took a shock lead in the opening minute through Chad Barrett, who was substituted from the match after pulling his hamstring as he celebrated the goal.
The Galaxy responded in the 13th minute through Gyasi Zardes, but had to settle for a 1-1 scoreline at the break.
But Dos Santos and company didn't have to wait long after the break to take the lead, with the Mexican flicking on A.J. DeLaGarza's cross and Keane sliding in to smash home what would prove to be the winner in the 47th minute.
Keane returned the favor for Dos Santos in the 64th, pouncing on a poor pass from Erik Friberg and slotting it behind the Seattle defense for Dos Santos to tuck it away and secure the result for the Galaxy.
