Giants Bench Eli Manning, Will Start Geno Smith
Manning's start streak will end Sunday, as Smith will start for the Giants against the Raiders.

Geno Smith will start in place of Eli Manning for the New York Giants on Sunday against the Oakland Raiders, ending the second-longest consecutive starts streak by a quarterback in NFL history.
Manning has started 210 consecutive regular-season games across 13 seasons, second only behind Brett Favre's 297 in a row.
The 36-year-old took over for Kurt Warner in the 10th game of his rookie season in 2004 and had started every regular-season outing since, in addition to 12 post-season games that included two Super Bowl victories.
"Geno will start this week," said coach Ben McAdoo. "Over the last five games, we will take a look at Geno, and we will also give Davis [Webb] an opportunity."
Manning said he was given the option of starting against Oakland to keep the streak alive, but declined.
"Coach McAdoo told me I could continue to start while Geno and Davis are given an opportunity to play," he said.
"My feeling is that if you are going to play the other guys, play them. Starting just to keep the streak going and knowing you won't finish the game and have a chance to win it is pointless to me, and it tarnishes the streak.
"Like I always have, I will be ready to play if and when I am needed. I will help Geno and Davis prepare to play as well as they possibly can."
