Red Bull 'Committed' To Formula One
Despite their long-running dispute with Renault, Red Bull are hopeful are hopeful of competing in Formula One next season.
Red Bull chief Christian Horner has allayed fears his team could quit Formula One by insisting they are "committed" to competing in 2016.
The four-time constructors' champions have been at the centre of a drawn-out row with engine supplier Renault over their poor performance this season.
Relations between the two parties became so fraught, Red Bull co-founder Dietreich Mateschitz threatened to withdraw the team if a competitive engine could not be found.
But speaking to BBC Sport ahead of the penultimate race of the season in Brazil, team principal Horner commented: "We are committed to being in F1 next year and in the future.
"We are working hard to put together as competitive a proposition as possible."
Reports suggest Red Bull could even come to a new agreement with Renault that would see them continue to use engines supplied by the French manufacturer.
"I would hope by the close of the season we'll be in a position to announce what our plans are," added Horner.
