- If you’re on a WIFI connection, try moving closer to WIFI router for a stronger signal, or if possible use a wired connection
- If you’re running other bandwidth intensive programs, such as, Outlook, Spotify, BitTorrent, Vuze, Internet phone service (Skype, Vonage, etc.), downloads, etc. try pausing, or closing them.
- If you’re sharing an internet connection check if other people are using bandwidth intensive programs
- If your video stalls only in full-screen mode, try lowering your desktop resolution.
- Try turning off any CPU-intensive programs you're running, or rebooting your computer.
- Make sure your Flash drivers are up to date. Click here to download to install the latest version. Perform a traceroute. If you receive an output with 13 or more hops, the problem is most likely related to how your Internet Service Provider is routing your computer's requests to the website. Unfortunately, we are unable to fix this problem - you can try contacting your Internet Service Provider to request help.
- A popup box will appear on the screen
- Un-check the 'enable hardware acceleration' tick box
- Select 'Close'
- Refresh the webpage (Press F5, or close and re-open your browser, or click on the refresh icon)
- Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Mac) in the Click to Play window and select Settings, the first tab shown is for Display.
- Remove the tick from the box next to enable hardware acceleration.

What does it mean now beIN SPORTS is available in the sports pack?
beIN SPORTS launched 3 new channels in the Foxtel Sports pack on the 15th of May 2016. All Foxtel sports pack subscribers now have access to all three beIN SPORTS channels at no additional cost. The three channels are available in HD for customers with the HD channel pack.
I had a direct beIN SPORTS on Foxtel subscription. What happened to it?
All direct beIN SPORTS on Foxtel subscriptions ended on the 15th of May 2016. If you had a direct subscription to beIN SPORTS on Foxtel up until the 15th of May, you’ll be issued a refund by beIN SPORTS (if you haven’t already) for any subscription payments made by you for periods after this date.
How do I access the new beIN SPORTS channels if I don't have the Foxtel sports pack?
You can upgrade to the Foxtel sports pack for an extra $25 per month to gain access to the 3 new beIN SPORTS channels as well as 12 other dedicated sports channels. To upgrade to the Foxtel Sports pack please call Foxtel on 131 787 or visit Foxtel.com.au

What happened to my direct beIN SPORTS on Foxtel subscription on the 15th May?
Your subscription with beIN SPORTS ended on the 15th May 2016. You’ll be issued a refund (if you haven’t already) by beIN SPORTS for any subscription payments made by you for periods after this date.
What is my refund amount?
Your refund was calculated by beIN SPORTS with reference to the date of the month that you started receiving the beIN SPORTS channel, which is also the date of the month that we take the monthly or annual subscription fee from your credit card. Note that the date of the transaction that appears on your credit card statement may be a few days after the date that we process your transaction.
If you pay a monthly subscription fee that fee was divided by 30 to calculate a daily rate, with that rate multiplied by the number of days that we did not provide the service to you to calculate the refund amount.
If you have paid an annual subscription fee that fee was divided by 366 to calculate the daily rate, with that rate multiplied by the number of days that we did not provide the service to you to calculate the refund amount.
When (and how) will I get my refund?
If you pay us a monthly subscription fee we will start processing your refund in the week commencing 16 May and expect to complete this process within five working days. As we are returning funds to your credit card it may take a few days before the refund appears in your transaction listing.
If you have paid us an annual subscription fee, we started processing your refund from the 2nd of May.
What do I do if I have not received my refund by the 1st of June?
It may be that our attempt to return funds to your credit card was rejected. Please contact the beIN SPORTS residential billing department at email@example.com or 1300 738 268.
Will my refund include the extra boxes/ multiroom subscription?
Yes. If you also subscribed to a multi-room plan, then we will include the subscription fee paid, whether monthly or annual, in the calculation of the refund.
Will I continue to get beIN SPORTS viewing on my additional Foxtel boxes?
Multiroom is available to sports pack subscribers. Multiroom monthly service fees, install and equipment fees will apply.

When was my last payment taken?
The last payment was taken on the same date of the month that we always take a payment from you. This is also the date that you first subscribed to our channel. This final payment will be followed by a pro rata refund as outlined above. No further payments will be taken from 15th May.
