ONE Friday Fights 154 delivered a night to remember at Bangkok's iconic Lumpinee Stadium on Friday, May 15. 

Samingdam NF Looksuan dug deep to grind out a unanimous decision over Yodphupa Petkiatpet in an explosive main event, extending his winning streak to six straight. Plus, in the co-main event, two-time Muay Thai World Champion Rungnarai Kiatmoo9 showed exactly why experience matters, as he outclassed the durable Den Sitnayoktaweeptaphong for a hard-earned unanimous decision.

Samingdam Stands Tall In A Three-Round War

Samingdam NF Looksuan made it six straight in the bantamweight Muay Thai main event, but nothing about this one came easy.

From the opening bell, he and Road to ONE: Thailand Champion Yodphupa Petkiatpet were immediately trading kicks, punches, and elbows in a furious exchange that set the tone for everything that followed. Samingdam landed the first significant moment – a powerful jab-cross combination that cracked Yodphupa and established early control.

The second round brought more chaos. Samingdam found his moment again, this time connecting with a devastating right cross that sent his Thai compatriot crashing to the canvas for the first knockdown of the contest. Yodphupa answered the referee’s eight-count and aggressively pushed back, but fine head movement and timely counters kept Samingdam in control of the action.

It all reached a boiling point in the third and final frame. Yodphupa cornered his countryman on the ropes with heavy punches in a desperate push for the finish. However, Samingdam landed with some clean blows, and a perfectly timed push kick to Yodphupa’s face broke his rhythm right when it mattered most. When the judges' scorecards were tallied, Samingdam's name was called, improving to 48-9 and keeping his contract ambitions very much alive.

Rungnarai Turns Back The Clock

Rungnarai Kiatmoo9 was not going to let this one slip. The two-time Muay Thai World Champion entered Friday's strawweight Muay Thai co-main event with a point to prove after a year and a half away from ONE Friday Fights – and he proved it against a tough, experienced opponent in Den Sitnayoktaweeptaphong.

Both men tested each other carefully in the opening stanza, but soon, Rungnarai landed a sharp left hand that stung his countryman as he pressed forward. Den turned up the pressure in the second frame, unleashing punch-kick combinations and trying to close the distance. Rungnarai, however, kept finding answers, as he brilliantly countered his rival and unloaded more volume.

By the third, Rungnarai had found his rhythm fully. He attacked Den's right eye with precision, piling up damage with punches and kicks as both men swung for a decisive moment. Den showed heart throughout the battle, but the returning 30-year-old’s composure, accuracy, and output were simply too much to overcome.

The unanimous decision gave him career win number 63 and a statement performance on the global stage.
