UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL WATCH PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in the UEFA Champions League Final Watch Party (the “Event”), participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to be bound by these Event Terms and Conditions, including the Personal Information Collection Statement, contained herein.

The Event is organised by:

1. Singtel Digital Media Pte Ltd (Company No. 199201624D), having its registered office at 10 Eunos Road 8, #07-31, Singapore Post Centre, Singapore 408600 (“Singtel”); and

2. beIN Sports Asia Pte Limited (Company No. 201541071K), having its registered office at 80, Pasir Panjang Road, #15-81, Mapletree Business City, Singapore 117372 (“beIN”)

(collectively referred to as “Organisers”)

Eligibility:

1. Participation in the Event is open to eligible Singtel subscribers residing in Singapore who are aged eighteen (18) years or above as at the date of the Event.

2. Invitations to the Event are limited to the first thirty (30) eligible participants who successfully complete the registration process and satisfy the eligibility requirements determined by the Organisers at their sole discretion. Each confirmed participant may bring one (1) guest to the Event.

3. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee confirmation of participation. Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp notification from Singtel.

4. Employees, representatives, agents, sponsors, advertising or promotion agencies, suppliers, service providers and contractors of the Organisers and their affiliated and related companies, as well as their immediate family members, spouses and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Event.

5. The Organisers reserve the right, at their sole and absolute discretion, to determine the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any participant at any time without prior notice or obligation to provide any reason.

Registration Period

19 May 2026 (Singapore Time 12.00am) until 28 May 2026 (Singapore Time 11.59pm). All time stated is in Singapore Time (UTC +08:00). Registrations received after the Registration Period may not be accepted. The Organisers reserve the right to vary, postpone or reschedule the Registration Period or any dates thereof at their sole discretion.

Confirmed Participants and Event Notifications

1. Eligible participants may participate in the Event during the Registration Period by completing and submitting the Event registration e-Form through the QR code provided in the Event promotional materials. Each eligible participant may submit one (1) registration only. Duplicate registrations may result in disqualification.

2. The Organisers reserve the right to verify subscriber eligibility using the Singtel TV and/or CAST.sg account number provided during registration.

3. RSVP confirmation must be completed by 28 May 2026, 11:59 PM (Singapore Time). RSVPs received after this deadline will not be considered.

4. Complimentary food and beverages will be provided only to confirmed participants and their guests during the Event. Any other costs and expenses incurred by participants and/or their guests, including but not limited to transportation, parking and personal expenses, shall be borne solely by the participants and/or their guests.

5. A participant may be disqualified if: (a) the participant cannot be contacted for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect or inaccurate contact information provided; (b) the participant fails to respond to or confirm attendance within the timeline stipulated by the Organisers; (c) the participant’s eligibility cannot be reasonably verified; or (d) the participant breaches any provision of these Event Terms and Conditions.

6. Invitations to the Event are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable for cash or any other benefit. Should any confirmed participant be unable to attend the Event after confirmation, the invitation shall be forfeited and there shall be no compensation to the participant and/or his/her guest. Confirmed participants and their guests are not allowed to request replacements or substitutions.

7. Confirmed participants and their guests agree to comply with all venue and/or Event policies, including but not limited to admission, safety and security requirements of the Event venue.

8. Confirmed participants and their guests shall comply with all photography, recording and filming restrictions imposed by the Organisers and/or venue operators during the Event.

9. Photographs, audio recordings and/or video recordings may be taken during the Event by the Organisers and/or their appointed representatives. Such photographs and/or recordings may be used by Singtel and/or beIN for publicity, promotional and marketing purposes in any media without further notice, approval or compensation to participants.

10. The Organisers shall not be responsible or liable for any cancellation, postponement, disruption or changes to the Event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

Personal Information Collection Statement

All personal data submitted in connection with the Event will be processed by the Organisers and their agents for the purposes of facilitating, administering and managing the Event and for verifying each eligible participant. Certain personal data collected will be shared between the Organisers and their agents for administrative purposes only. Each eligible participant confirms that he/she has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy appended below and consents to the Organisers’ use (including any transfer) of their personal data for the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes.

By participating in the Event, each participant agrees and consents that any personal data or data (including his/her name, address, email address, mobile number, personal details, photographs, videotapes or any likeness of him/her) used by him/her during or in connection with the Event will be used by the Organisers for the purposes of this Event which shall include: (i) verifying his/her eligibility and identity; (ii) confirmed participant announcements; (iii) contacting confirmed participants on Event arrangements; (iv) transfer personal information confidentially to other organisations that provide services in relation to the Event; (v) use, disclose, publish and transmit the participant’s personal information in any media for publicity, marketing, promotion and other purposes associated with the Event and/or the Organisers, without any further payment or other compensation; and/or (vi) all directly related purposes. Any personal data or data collected by the Organisers in connection with the Event is collected, used and retained, all in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and is subject to the following:

c. beIN Privacy Policy (https://www.beinsports.com/en-asia/privacy-policy).

Participants may decide at their own discretion whether to provide the above information but their failure in providing such information will cause the Organisers to be unable to process their registration. For any inquiries on the Event or withdrawal of consent in respect of any of the aforementioned matters, please email s-leteam@singtel.com and ap-privacy@bein.com.

Should any participant withdraw his/her consent to the Organisers’ use of his/her personal information, such participant will not be able to participate in the Event.

General Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in the Event, each participant agrees to be bound by these Event Terms and Conditions. The Organisers have the right to change these Event Terms and Conditions at any time, at their sole discretion. The Organisers may change these Event Terms and Conditions retrospectively and apply the modified Event Terms and Conditions to any part of the Event after such part has been run.

2. The Organisers shall not be held responsible for or liable in the event of cancellation or postponement of the Event for any reason.

3. The records and decisions of the Organisers in all matters arising out of or relating to the Event are final and binding. No further appeal, inquiry and/or correspondence will be entertained.

4. Any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately interfere with or undermine the legitimate operation of any part of the Event is a violation of law and should such an attempt be made, the Organisers reserve the right to seek damages from any such participant or individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. All participants participate in the Event (and any part thereof) at their own risk. The Organisers are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, invalid, ineligible and/or unintelligible entries (all of which will not be accepted by the Organisers); (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software program, network, Internet or computer failures or difficulties; (c) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Organisers that may cause any part of the Event to be disrupted or corrupted; (d) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize and/or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any of the same; or (e) any printing or typographical error in any materials associated with these Event Terms and Conditions or any part of the Event generally. To the extent permitted by law, participants and their guests assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in the Event and release the Organisers and their officers, directors, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all such liability.

7. The Organisers make no warranties or representations relating to the Event and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense incurred by participants arising from or in connection with participation in the Event.

8. The Organisers may suspend and/or cancel the Event (or any part thereof) for any reason including but not limited to technical faults. In such event, no participant shall have any claim against the Organisers.

9. The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify and block or discard any entries from any individual who tampers with or hacks the entry process as determined by the Organisers at their sole discretion. The Organisers also reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend means of participation in the Event (or any part thereof) in the event of a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical or system failure or disruption, force majeure or any other causes which, in their sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Event (or any part thereof).

10. The Organisers may prohibit any participant or potential participant from participating in the Event (or any part thereof), if at the sole discretion of the Organisers, such person shows a disregard for these Event Terms and Conditions, or acts: (a) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other participant, the Organisers or their agents or representatives; or (b) in any other disruptive manner.

11. The participants shall indemnify the Organisers and their officers, directors, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against all liability, claims, cost, loss or expenses suffered as a result of the participant’s breach of their warranties and undertakings and any breach of this Event Terms and Conditions. Each participant shall fully indemnify and hold harmless the Organisers and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent, directors, officers, employees and agents, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Event (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, losses, demands, causes of action, proceedings, expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees), and/or liabilities resulting or arising from or connected with, or claimed to have arisen, resulted from or be connected with: (i) the participant’s submission, participation, attempt to participate, or inability to participate, in the Event; (ii) submission and/or use by the Indemnified Parties of any submission (and/or any parts thereof); (iii) the participant’s failure to comply with any one or more of these Event Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws, rules or regulations; (iv) the unauthorized use by the participant of, as applicable, the name, likeness, voice, work product, brand, trademark, logo of any person or entity; (v) the breach or alleged breach of any warranty, representation (including, without limitation any eligibility-related representation) or covenant made by the participant in connection with the Event; (vi) any right or benefit granted by the participant to the Organisers in connection with the Event; and/or (vii) the participant’s negligence, wilful misconduct, violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations or these Event Terms and Conditions, or his or her violation of any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other right.

12. If there is any discrepancy between the information contained in the promotional materials and these Event Terms and Conditions, these Event Terms and Conditions shall prevail. These Event Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Singapore. To the extent they do not meet the requirements of the laws of Singapore, they shall be deemed to be modified to meet such requirements. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Event Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of participants or the Organisers in connection with the Event, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
