Real Madrid stalwart Carvajal joins Getafe
Getafe have signed Dani Carvajal on a free transfer after the right-back's departure from Real Madrid.
Right-back Carvajal made 451 appearances for Madrid, contributing to 121 clean sheets and registering 74 goal involvements.
The 34-year-old counts four LaLiga titles, six Champions League crowns and Euros triumph among his honours for club and country.
And after leaving Madrid at the end of his contract in the summer, Carvajal has now joined Getafe.
Carvajal featured 24 times for Madrid last season, albeit he made only 10 starts. He has signed with Getafe on a deal running until the end of the season.
Getafe sit 14th in LaLiga on eight points from as many games this season.
Carvajal's first reunion with Madrid could come in early January.
