Luis Diaz penned a heartfelt message to Liverpool fans after his transfer to Bayern Munich was confirmed.
The wantaway Colombian international has ended his stint at Anfield, wrapping up a €75m (£65.6m) deal with the German giants on Wednesday.
During his spell with Liverpool, Diaz helped the Reds secure four major trophies, the latest being the Premier League title.
Diaz registered 57 goal involvements for Liverpool (41 goals and 16 assists) in 148 appearances across all competitions.
Reflecting on his journey, Diaz shared an emotional message on his official Instagram account: "Three-and-a-half years that I'll treasure forever. I arrived with all the dreams in the world, and I am leaving proud of everything we achieved together.
"I have met incredible people, fabulous colleagues, coaches who helped me a lot and extraordinary fans. Liverpool is, indeed, a special team, and I will keep everyone in my heart. The cycle ends here, and it is so gratifying to look back and realise how happy we were."
"Not only because of the trophies we won, but for the union and friendship that made it all possible. There were ups and downs, as there always are, but there was always truth. As it should be in a family," Diaz said.
The 28-year-old winger, who joined Liverpool from Porto in January 2022, continued by paying tribute to the late Diogo Jota.
Jota, along with his brother Andre Silva, passed away in a car crash earlier in July.
"It's good to be leaving with the feeling of a duty fulfilled, and, most of all, to be leaving a champion. It would have been the perfect goodbye if we hadn't lost one of ours in such a tragic way," Diaz continued.
"As I said, and I repeat, I carry everyone with me in my heart, but one of them in particular: Diogo. I will never forget him. We will never forget him.
"Thank you for everything. YNWA."
Diaz could potentially make his debut for Bayern on Saturday against Lyon at the Allianz Arena.
