Alexander Zverev bounced back from his French Open disappointment as he cruised through to the quarterfinals of the Rosmalen Grass Court Championships.
Zverev saw an encouraging clay-court season in which he won tournaments in Munich and Rome end with a first-round defeat to Fernando Verdasco at the French Open.
But he quickly adjusted to life on grass in 's-Hertogenbosch, the second seed and world number 10 needing just 54 minutes to see off Adrian Mannarino 6-2 6-3, displaying lots of promise for the next round.
