Brazil coach Dunga admitted he has a real selection headache at this month's Copa America after Philippe Coutinho and Diego Tardelli starred in Brazil's 2-0 victory over Mexico on Sunday.
A much-changed Selecao cruised to a 2-0 win in Sao Paulo on Sunday, leaving the boss a number of quandaries ahead of this month's Copa America
The duo hit first-half goals as Brazil grabbed their ninth win on the bounce - their first at home since last year's World Cup.
Dunga made a number of changes as regular starters Oscar and Luiz Gustavo have withdrawn from his squad through injury, while captain Neymar was unavailable for Sunday's match after leading Barcelona to the Champions League title on Saturday.
"There was a basis, a foundation, and because of that they were more efficient. We lost Luiz Gustavo, and could not have Neymar so we had an expectation about how the team would play," he said.
"It was a very fruitful evening, players took their chances and put a number of difficulties in my head. Individuality is important. If you are good individually then you can see the collective.
"Everyone must be ready to play. We have to play with 11, but when you have injuries, suspensions, everyone needs to be able.
"You cannot only look at the ball. If you only see the ball you do not know football. There was this distrust on Tardelli, who went to China… It was important for him to feel secure. Competitiveness is very important to Brazil."
Dunga went on to say he is pleased with the way the team is shaping up ahead of the Copa America, and expressed his delight at how the players responded to a home crowd for the first time almost a year.
"The group is motivated. The intensity in training is enormous," he said.
"We needed this victory to get closer to the fans. The players really wanted to respond to the crowd. The fans had some concern to know how Brazil would react playing at home, playing in Sao Paulo.
"We wanted to put on a good performance and win the game. This win will give confidence to those who came in and those who always play well."
