1/11 From the result of the South American SuperClasico to Ecuador moment, these are the highlights of CONMEBOL qualifiers for Russia 2018.
2/11 1. Argentina first win: Argentina won their first three points after beating Colombia 1-0 in their visit to Barranquilla. The goal was from Lucas Biglia, in the 19th minute.
3/11 2. Ecuador perfect performance: Ecuador is the only team that has won all 4 games in these qualifiers, beating Argentina (0-2), Bolivia (2-0), Uruguay (2-1) and Venezuela (1-3).
4/11 3. The result in the South American SuperClasico: Argentina and Brazil met in the third matchday at the Monumental in Buenos Aires. The game, which was postponed 24 hours because of rain, ended 1-1, with goals from Ezequiel Lavezzi (34') and Lucas Lima (58').
5/11 4. The team with no points: Venezuela have failed to win any of the four games they have played, losing to Paraguay (0-1), Brazil (3-1), Bolivia (4-2) and Ecuador (1-3).
