Milan have offered Marseille winger Florian Thauvin a €5 million per season deal at San Siro - according to Calcio Mercato.
The French outfit will let the 27-year-old leave before his contract expires if their €20 million (£18m/$24m) asking price is met in January.
Milan are well placed to complete the signing of Thauvin when the transfer window reopens, but Leicester are also planning to submit their own bid for the Frenchman.
