Rio 2016: Ryan Lochte's False Claims Difficult to Overcome - Spits US Olympic Committee CEO.
Scott Blackmun, the US Olympic Committee CEO, says Ryan Lochte and his team-mates will face "further action" following their false robbery claims.

Ryan Lochte and his United States swimming team-mates will find it "difficult to overcome" false claims they were caught up in an armed robbery at Rio 2016, according to US Olympic Committee CEO Scott Blackmun.
Lochte - along with Gunnar Bentz, Jack Conger and Jimmy Feigen - alleged that they were robbed at gunpoint at a petrol station after attending a party.
However, their version of events unravelled following the discovery of CCTV footage that showed the swimmers getting involved in a confrontation with security personnel at the petrol station, where they are said to have caused damage, before returning to the athletes' village with their possessions.
Lochte subsequently conceded that he had "over-exaggerated" his story and apologised for his "immature behaviour", and Blackmun says further action will be taken upon his return to the US.
"They let down the other athletes, they let down Americans, and they let down our hosts in Rio," Blackmun said.
"We are going to have further action on this when we get back to the United States.
"The lesson learned is that you're on a big stage. The things that you do are going to be magnified, and the mistakes that you make are going to be really... they're going to have a light shine on them in a way that's going to make it very, very difficult for you to overcome."
