In a last-minute move before the close of the summer transfer window, Jeff Reine-Adelaide has joined OGC Nice on loan from Lyon.
The season-long loan includes a €500k ($588k) initial fee, and gives Nice a €25m ($29.4m) purchase option in June 2021.
It was clear than Reine-Adelaide was destined for a move away from Lyon, saying publicly that he did not see a future with the club. The 22-year-old had also been linked to Rennes and Hertha Berlin throughout the summer.
