Asked about links with Real Madrid, the 69-year-old French coach was clear that he will not be asked to take charge of Los Blancos anytime soon. "I have turned down Real Madrid more than once, but I must say now it's over for me."
Although Wenger did admit the top job at Real is a huge deal for any manager in the game today. "I feel that if you ask any manager in the world they would say yes as they (Real Madrid) are the biggest club in the world."
Wenger has been linked several times in his career with a move to the Spanish capital, and admitted that loyalty to Arsenal halted any possible move. "Yes, we live with our values at the time it was in the middle of the process of moving the stadium. I guaranteed that and i'm happy with my decision."
