Champions League Draw -Everything You Need to Know

Defending champions Bayern Munich will discover their Champions League fate on Thursday evening. Ahead of the big draw in Geneva, we have broken down everything you need to know ahead of the group stage draw.
When is the draw?
The draw will take place on Thursday the 1st of October 2020 at 6 pm Mecca from Geneva, Switzerland.
How can I watch the draw?
You can watch the full draw on the beIN SPORTS News Channel from 5:30 pm Mecca.
Who is in the draw?
So far 29 teams are set for the group stage, with three more confirmed later on this evening. Teams will be drawn into four pots, and then eight groups of four teams will be drawn with one team coming from each individual pot.
Pot one: Bayern Munich, Sevilla, Real Madrid, Liverpool, Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain, Zenit Saint Petersburg, Porto.
Pot two: Barcelona, Atlético Madrid, Manchester City, Manchester United, Shakhtar Donetsk, Borussia Dortmund, Chelsea, Ajax.
Pot three: Dynamo Kyiv, RB Leipzig, Inter Milan, Olympiakos, Lazio, Atalanta, and two more teams to be determined after Wednesday’s play-offs.
Other qualified teams: Lokomotiv Moscow, Marseille, Club Brugge, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Istanbul Basaksehir, Rennes, Ferencvaros.

TBC - FC Midtjylland or Slavia Prague, Red Bull Salzburg or Maccabi Tel-Aviv ,PAOK Salonika or FK Krasnodar.
When will the group stage take place?
It’s going to be a packed schedule of Champions League football to close out 2020! Games will be played on the following dates 20-21 October, 27-28 October, 3-4 November, 24-25 November, 1-2 December and 8-9 December.
