Cilic and Bautista Agut ease into Moscow semis
Andrey Kuznetsov was no challenge for Marin Cilic, who joined Roberto Bautista Agut in the ATP Kremlin Cup semi-finals.
Marin Cilic made short work of Andrey Kuznetsov to reach the Kremlin Cup last four, as Roberto Bautista Agut also progressed meaning a repeat of last season's final remains a possibility.
Top seed Cilic was in top form against the home favourite in Moscow, and the Croat needed just 55 minutes to secure a 6-2 6-1 victory on Friday.
The defending champion has not won an ATP title since winning in Russia 12 months ago.
He faces another Russian in the semi-finals in Evgeny Donskoy, who was a 6-3 6-2 victor compatriot Teymuraz Gabashvili.
Second seed Bautista Agut was beaten 6-4 6-4 by Cilic in last season's final, but the Spaniard is on course to avenge the defeat after beating Lucas Pouille 6-4 6-2.
The world number 27 won twice on Tour in 2014, but has yet to break his duck for the season.
Awaiting in the semi-finals is fourth seed Philipp Kohlschreiber after the German dispatched Robin Haase 6-2 6-4.
