Tim Tebow could be on the verge of a sensational NFL return as he is reportedly working out with the Philadelphia Eagles, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. 

The former New York Jets and Denver Broncos quarterback is supposedly entertaining the thought of playing for the Eagles.

Tebow's legendary collegiate success with the Florida Gators seemed guaranteed to set him up for greatness in the NFL. 

He performed relatively well for the Broncos after taking over for Kyle Orton at the beginning of the 2011 season. 

However, Tebow was traded to the Jets in 2012 after Denver signed Peyton Manning.

Tebow was cut from the Jets in April 2013 and spent time with the New England Patriots during 2013, only to be cut before the season officially started.
