Hughes handed first England start
England have made two changes from the victory over Argentina as they prepare to face Australia at Twickenham this weekend.
Nathan Hughes will make his first England start against Australia at Twickenham on Saturday as Eddie Jones' side look to extend their unbeaten run to 13 games.
Hughes replaces Billy Vunipola at number eight after the Saracens back-row forward suffered a knee injury against Argentina, the 24-year-old tearing cartilage in the 27-14 win.
England's second change to face the Wallabies sees Marland Yarde return on the right wing, with Jonny May - who occupied the position against the Pumas - switching to the left in place of the suspended Elliot Daly.
In their three November internationals England have recorded victories over South Africa, Fiji and Argentina, meaning only Australia stand in the way of them ending 2016 without a defeat.
"We've had a great week's preparation and we can't wait to get to Twickenham on Saturday with the crowd right behind us," Jones told the England Rugby website.
"The great thing about our team is that no-one is irreplaceable. We've had seven influential players missing but we've been able to fill that gap and that's the sort of team we are developing.
"Most big Test matches come down to the last 20 minutes and if you look back historically at big Test matches between England and Australia at Twickenham the last 20 minutes has always been a time where either team can win the game. The team that is the most composed, makes good decisions and physically pushes themselves is the team that is going to win the game.
"We want to make the game into a physical contest but we also need to be flexible and adaptable like we were against Argentina."
