For the first time in his career, Yasiel Puig could end up on the 15-day disabled list. The outfielder missed his third game in a row on Friday due to a tight hamstring, which is starting to worry the Los Angeles Dodgers.

However, Puig has continued to dress out and warm up with the team, which has brought some comfort to them.

"I don't feel like it's that serious. I watched him and it seemed like he ran pretty good, but obviously he's still feeling a little something and that's where the hamstring always is tricky," Dodgers manager Don Mattingly told ESPN.com

The injury seemed to happen during Monday's game against the Seattle Mariners when Puig made a catch in then ninth inning. Neither Puig nor the team addressed the specifics of when the injury occurred.

Puig was not used as a pinch hitter on Friday so as to not aggravate the injury. The Dodgers defeated the Colorado Rockies 7-3.
