Three second-half tries saw Free State Cheetahs claim their first Currie Cup win of the campaign against Griquas.
Free State Cheetahs claimed their first win of the 2015 Currie Cup as a strong second-half showing saw them claim a 31-9 win at Griquas.
Both sides had lost their opening two matches and appeared evenly matched in the first half.
The Cheetahs held a slender 10-9 lead at the interval but raced away in the second period thanks to tries from Fred Zeilinga, Sergeal Petersen, Gerhard Olivier to claim a bonus-point success.
However, Eastern Province Kings are still waiting for their first victory of the campaign after losing 15-13 to Pumas.
Lizo Gqoboka's second-half try had given the Kings a 13-9 lead but JC Roos - who scored all of Pumas' points - kicked two late penalties to secure triumph for the visitors.
