Real boost Top 16 hopes as three more qualify
Three more teams made it to the Top 16 on Friday, while champions Real Madrid set up a thrilling finale in Euroleague Pool A.
Euroleague holders Real Madrid boosted their hopes of reaching the Top 16 by routing Bayern Munich 86-67 at the Audi Dome.
The Spanish giants headed into the Pool A contest knowing that a defeat could have seen them eliminated had other results gone against them.

Joining Fenerbahce in the Top 16 is Moscow outfit Khimki, who were 78-69 victors against Strasbourg.
Khimki possess a better head-to-head against Real and Zvezda meaning they cannot be caught. Tyrese Rice and Alexey Shved combined for 30 points during the win.
Cedevita qualify from Group B despite losing 85-82 at home to Olimpia Milano.
Milano had to win by nine or more points to keep their hopes alive and their prospects appeared bright at half-time as they moved into a 45-31 lead, but Cedevita clawed back the deficit and a better tie-break advantage over their opponents sees them through.
Darussafaka will have to go to game 10 as the Euroleague rookies missed the chance to qualify in a 94-66 defeat at Pool D leaders CSKA Moscow.
Rounding off the action, Panathinaikos made it out of Pool C thanks to a comprehensive 82-51 triumph over Zielona Gora.
