Frank Lampard has gone from a difficult spell at Chelsea to one of the most remarkable stories in English football with Coventry City.
The West Midlands side secured their return to the Premier League after a 25-year absence.
A promotion written like a movie script
Coventry, one of the founding clubs of the Premier League in 1992-93, sealed promotion with a 1-1 draw against Blackburn Rovers.
The match was dramatic, as they came from behind and found the equalizer in the 84th minute through Bobby Thomas, sparking celebrations among their fans.
The club had been relegated in 2000 and even dropped to League Two before climbing back up.

Lampard reacts to the achievement
After the match, Lampard emphasized the magnitude of the moment.
“This is a special night for the club, which is bigger than all of us,” he said.
He also reflected on the club’s journey:
“A club that has suffered for 25 years since being in the Premier League, and that journey down to League Two.”
Despite promotion, Coventry have not yet secured the Championship title, with Ipswich holding an 11-point lead with five matches remaining.
