As an official partner, Louis Vuitton will once again be responsible for creating the exclusive trunk that will protect and accompany the most prestigious trophy in international soccer ahead of the tournament's grand final.
A LUXURY PIECE FOR A GLOBAL SYMBOL
The new trophy case was handcrafted by Louis Vuitton artisans at the brand's historic workshop in Asnières-sur-Seine, near Paris, where the French maison preserves much of its legendary craftsmanship heritage.
The piece is covered in Louis Vuitton's iconic Monogram canvas and features exclusive details, including two front panels decorated with a hand-painted golden “V.” The symbol represents both the word “victory” and the Vuitton name, while also reflecting the color of the FIFA World Cup trophy.
The design incorporates leather finishes and the signature “lozine” material, developed by the French luxury house itself.
It also includes gold-plated brass protective corners, clasps and rivets inspired by the iconic designs Louis Vuitton has used since the 19th century. Inside, the trunk is lined with light beige leather and features the logo representing the partnership between the brand and FIFA.
During the 2026 World Cup final ceremony, the trunk will be brought onto the pitch alongside a Louis Vuitton ambassador and a FIFA Legend — a tradition that began in 2010 and has since become part of the decisive match's protocol.

The collaboration between Louis Vuitton and FIFA represents a union built on excellence, craftsmanship and the power of sport as a force that connects people around the world.
For soccer's governing body, the World Cup trophy represents the ultimate achievement in the sport, meaning its transportation and presentation require a case worthy of its importance.
Since 2010, the French maison has accompanied the trophy on its journeys under the concept “Victory travels in Louis Vuitton,” taking part in World Cup editions held in South Africa, Brazil, Russia and Qatar.
Beyond the official trophy trunk, Louis Vuitton will also launch a limited-edition collection inspired by the creation.
The collection will feature three exclusive pieces:
- Coffret 8 Montres, designed to store eight watches.
- Cotteville 16 Montres, featuring space for 16 watches with a removable tray.
- Malle Courrier Lozine 110, a sophisticated collector's trunk.
Each design incorporates signature elements from the collaboration, including the Monogram pattern, the hand-painted FIFA World Cup logo and the iconic golden “V,” reinforcing the connection between luxury craftsmanship and the biggest sporting celebration on the planet.
