Neymar Spends Millions on a Batmobile... That He Can’t Use
Neymar Jr., the Brazilian star known for his love of comics, has gifted himself a stunning replica of the Tumbler, the vehicle used by Batman in the trilogy starring Christian Bale. Equipped with a V8 engine delivering 500 horsepower, this one-of-a-kind car cannot legally be driven on public roads.
This new addition joins Neymar’s already impressive collection of luxury cars. In the past, he has been seen driving dream machines like the Audi R8 Spyder V10 Plus, the Ferrari Purosangue, multiple Bentley Continental GTs, the Aston Martin DBX, and the Lamborghini Huracán many of them specially requested during his time in the Saudi Pro League. Still, few imagined he would get behind the wheel of the iconic Batmobile.
Now at 33 years old, the current Santos FC striker decided to indulge in this extraordinary purchase. According to the Brazilian newspaper O Globo, the former Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain star recently a father for the fourth time following the birth of his daughter Mel is said to have spent $1.8 million on the car, which was designed by Adhemar Cabral.

A Longtime Batman Fan
The Batmobile was transferred from the Dream Car Museum in São Roque, about 60 kilometers from São Paulo, to Neymar’s personal garage. The replica took three years to build, with a team of fifty people working to faithfully recreate the body and features of the on-screen Tumbler including the rear flame thrower.
This isn’t the first time “O'Ney” has shown his admiration for the Batman universe. In 2022, he attended the Paris premiere of The Batman, posing with stars Robert Pattinson and Zoë Kravitz. More recently, he appeared in the Santos locker room wearing a themed Batman outfit.

More Buzz Off the Pitch Than On It
Without a doubt, Neymar is a true fan of the Dark Knight, so much so that he spends millions to show the world just how devoted he is. And while his performance on the pitch has not been at the level fans were used to, off the field he continues to make headlines with his eccentric lifestyle.
