Action is coming thick and fast as Formula 1® heads to Barcelona for Round 7 of the 2026 season, the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix, taking place from June 12 to 14.

The race marks the inaugural Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix at the Circuit de Barcelona, ushering in a new era for the venue after its 34-year run as host of the Spanish Grand Prix, which will move to the Madring in Madrid from September.

Mercedes' Kimi Antonelli arrives in Barcelona on the back of his fifth consecutive victory of the season in Monaco, extending his lead in the drivers' championship to 66 points over Ferrari's Lewis Hamilton, who has moved ahead of George Russell into second place. Mercedes also continues to set the pace in the constructors' standings, holding a 79-point advantage over Ferrari.
