The wait is almost over.

After a three-month break, Formula 1® returns with the season-opening Australian Grand Prix from March 6 to 8! The 2026 season ushers in a new era, with lighter, more agile cars, increased electrical power and sustainable fuels. With the regulations reset, the familiar order could be shaken up as teams look to make the strongest start.

Apart from the new regulations, there will also be a new team on the grid as Cadillac make their Formula 1® debut, with experienced duo Sergio Perez and Valtteri Bottas behind the wheel. Meanwhile, former Kick Sauber drivers Nico Hülkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto will represent Audi in 2026, following their acquisition of Kick Sauber.

Held at Albert Park, the Australian Grand Prix has always been a highlight in the Formula 1® calendar and the home faithful will be watching closely to see if McLaren's Oscar Piastri can claim his maiden win at home.
