Napoli's Zielinski to miss Juventus trip
Napoli will be without Piotr Zielinski against Juventus on Monday (AEST) after the midfielder tested positive for COVID-19.
Zielinski and staff member Giandomenico Costi were found to have contracted the virus after Friday's (AEST) round of testing.
The Poland international scored one goal and set up another in last weekend's 6-0 thrashing of Genoa, which confirmed after the game it had 14 positive coronavirus cases.
Genoa's meeting with Torino, which was scheduled for Sunday (AEST), was called off by Lega Serie A on Friday (AEST).
Genoa also announced that two more players and another staff member had tested positive and it had cancelled all activity at the club's training base until Tuesday (AEST).
Napoli, which sits top of Serie A after scoring eight goals without conceding in its opening two matches, is scheduled to undergo another round of tests before travelling to Turin.
