Lemina leaves Juve for Southampton
Mario Lemina was reported to have attracted the attention of a number of Premier League clubs but Southampton has secured the Juventus man.
Southampton has signed Gabon international midfielder Mario Lemina from Serie A champion Juventus.
Lemina moves to the Premier League for a reported initial fee of €17 million ($25.3 million) that could rise to €20 million ($29.8 million) if certain stipulations are met.
The 23-year-old joined Juve from Marseille in 2015, but was restricted to 15 Serie A starts and he will now look to kick start his career courtesy of a five-year contract at St Mary's.
Lemina told the club's official website: "I am really happy to have signed for Southampton. I think that it was the project that attracted me the most and the one my family was really behind. I am really happy to be here."
