French parents fight to name baby 'Griezman Mbappe'
French authorities are seeking to ban two football-crazed parents from naming their baby 'Griezmann Mbappe' arguing the name is not in the best interests of the child.
The parents from French town Brive named their child after Antoine Griezmann and Kylian Mbappe, who played a key role in France's FIFA World Cup triumph in July.
A French authority tasked with ensuring children's names are in their best interests has stepped in and flagged the case to prosecutors.
If prosecutors agree, the parents could receive a court order forcing them to change the name of their child.
