Douglas Costa to Juventus: On The Verge
Reports in Italy are saying Douglas Costa is on the cusp of joining the Champions League finalists, Juventus. The two clubs still need to come to an agreement with the actual transfer fee.
Juventus is offering just €35m while Bayern Munich are holding out for a humble €50m.
Ousmane Dembele Dreams of a Blaugrana Future
The fledgling career of French international Ousmane Dembele is just about to start, but the current Borussia Dortmund attacker has recently hinted at contact by the Barcelona sporting director.
Dembele denied any interest from his part, but Ernesto Valverde and the Barça board will be keeping their ears to the ground on this one.
Hector Moreno to Roma: DONE DEAL
Monchi finally gets his man!
Roma’s new sporting director has laid down his first marker on the transfer market, snapping up Mexico international Hector Moreno for a modest $5.6 million.
The El Tri center back, who was on Monchi’s radar way back in his Espanyol-playing days, joins the Serie A outfit from PSV, where he was instrumental in last season’s Eredivise win.
Take note football directors of the world, this might just be the start of a slew of shrewd signings for the Giallorossi.
Marco Verratti to Barcelona: RUMOR
Italian playmaker extraordinaire Marco Verratti has had enough of life in gay Paree and expressed his desire to leave PSG.
Juventus and AC Milan have been linked with with the 24-year-old, however, the player's agent Donato Di Campli has all but ruled out a return to Serie A: "I think it's a deal which is still out of the scope of Italian clubs."
So with Italian clubs out of the running, Barcelona looks like the most likely fit for the disenfranchised midfielder. The Catalans have reportedly been pursuing Verratti for some time and he in turn has made no secret of his admiration for the Blaugrana.
The prospect of the ex-Pescara man lining up alongside Messi and co. next season depends on whether or not PSG consent to letting him leave.

Eusebio di Francesco to Roma: DONE DEAL
In the wake of Francesco Totti's heartbreaking departure from Roma, in an attempt to keep spirits high (and replace Luciano Spalletti) the Giallorossi have welcomed back another club hero in the shape of Eusebio di Francesco.
Having enjoyed a four-year stint at the club as a player, a period that coincided with the team's only Scudetto title this century in 2000-01, the 47-year-old has returned as coach, having done a stellar job with Calcio minnows Sassuolo, whom he won promotion to Serie A with and, importantly, kept in the Italian top flight before bowing out.
Eduardo Berizzo to Sevilla: DONE DEAL
No surprises at the Sanchez Pizjuan as former Celta Vigo manager Eduardo Berizzo has predictably stepped into the breach left behind by Jorge Sampaoli.
Tasked with the difficult job of satisfying the Andalusian side’s lofty expectations without the help of transfer market guru Monchi, the Argentine coach is at least making the right noises as the new boss, “"The target is the same in Seville, to keep winning. It is one thing to win and another to keep winning, which is more complex.”
To do that, the 47-year-old is already talking about locking down Stevan Jovetic on a permanent deal, as well as bringing in Manchester City rejects Nolito and Jesus Navas.
Antoine Griezmann staying at Atletico Madrid: DONE DEAL
It's back to the drawing board for Manchester United after top summer target Antoine Griezmann crushed any hopes of there being another PR-heavy presentation of a Frenchman at Old Trafford by committing his future to FIFA ban-encumbered Atletico Madrid.
The striker has signed a new five-year contract with the Rojiblancos.
Andre Silva to AC Milan: DONE DEAL
It has been confirmed, the latest transaction in the Rossoneri's summer shopping spree comes in the form of $43 million bargain buy Andres Silva. The Portuguese wunderkind joins the Serie A giants after excelling at Porto.
The 21-year-old becomes Milan's fourth coup of the transfer window, following the arrivals of Mateo Musacchio, Ricardo Rodriguez and Franck Kessie.

Of course all this new talent coming in is bound to ruffle the feathers of some of the more established members of the Milanese locker room...
Carlos Bacca to PSG: RUMOR
The ink hadn't set on the 'Silva signs for Milan' headline by the time Carlos Bacca's agent Sergio Barila was doing the rounds linking the Colombian target man elsewhere.
With a World Cup around the corner, the former Sevilla forward is unlikely to give into the temptation of a big money move to the Chinese Super League, so another European club seems like the logical next step for the 30-year-old.
Rather unquietly Barila told FootMercato that, "[Carlos] has been asked for by several big European clubs and we will study everything quietly."

Joe Hart to West Ham: Rumor
Strange one this, but word from the English capital has it that Manchester City black sheep Joe Hart is on the Hammers' radar.
West Ham United is hardly an obvious move given the already stiff competition at the club, where Darren Randolph and Adrian have been battling it out for the No. 1 spot.

Nonetheless, Pep Guardiola has made no secret of his desire to offload the English shot-stopper by the end of the summer, and with Hart looking to minimize his inevitable pay cut as much as possible, coupled with his failed mission to win over hearts and minds at Torino last season, expect to see him on the books of another Premier League outfit come the start of the 2017-18 season.
Capello to Jiangsu Suning: DONE DEAL
Fabio Capello, remember him? Well, after bleeding the Russian football federation dry for three years, the bespectacled Italian has resurfaced... in China.
The LaLiga, Serie A and Champions League winning coach has returned to football with Jiangsu Suning, who finished second in the Chinese Super League in 2016 but are struggling in the relegation zone this time around.

Will the cantankerous 70-year-old turn the team's fortunes around? No one knows.
One thing that is for certain though, his reported $153,000 a week salary will definitely help him add to his own.
Banega to Tigres: RUMOR
Liga MX's could be the next port of call for Argentina international Ever Banega.
Following a frustrating first season at Inter Milan, the petite playmaker could be on his way out of the Italian club, with Tigres expressing an interest in his services.

According to the Mexican side's director, Miguel Angel Garza, the Nerazzurri man is “part of a number of options we are evaluating.”
