A protected witness in the case against the porn company owned by Torbe - Ignacio Allende Fernandez - has implicated two footballers in the proceedings, Manchester United's goalkeeper De Gea and Athletic Bilbao striker Iker Muniain.
Various types of abuse were claimed, including once incident with Muniain and another footballer - who has not been named - in a hotel in Madrid in 2012, according to a report from Spanish outlet El Diario.
De Gea's involvement meanwhile was reportedly calling Torbe for the services of a girl, while it's also claimed contact continued with her to make sure she didn't speak out.
TP3, the codename for the witness, was apparently left in a room with another girl, where Torbe told them that they would be spending time with the two players. In return, they would receive 'a lot of money' for doing so.
Reports from England, via The Sun, that De Gea has been sent home, have been declared as false.
Aritz Aduriz spoke in a routine press conference this afternoon, but when questioned on the matter said the matter would not be discussed.
