Wladimir Klitschko is "prepared for anything" as he puts his WBA Super, WBO and IBF heavyweight titles on the line against the unpredictable Tyson Fury in Dusseldorf on Saturday.

The champion heads into the fight looking to add to his 64 victories from 68 bouts, unbeaten in last 22 and two shy of his career-best run of 24 without loss.

In his last 10 fights Klitschko – weighing in half a kilo lighter than his opponent – has been taken the distance on four occasions, but he is odds-on to finish the job inside the distance this weekend.

Just what his opponent will bring to the ring remains a mystery to Klitschko, though. 

"I'm expecting anything," he told Sky Sports. "He's a very flexible fighter – sometimes he fights in southpaw and sometimes he fights regular.

"Sometimes he makes funny faces during the fight and a lot more, he talks. So I'm prepared for anything and I don't think Tyson himself knows what he's going to do.

"A clear victory by knockout is better than on points because then there would be other questions we don't want to hear."

Fury has been happy to play to the media in the pre-fight build-up, his antics including serenading Klitschko with some self-penned lyrics, while he interrupted one of his rival's media conferences dressed as Batman.

Despite his light-hearted approach, Fury insists he is fully focused on taking the belts off Klitschko and his demeanour was notably different at the weigh-in.

Gone were the smiles, jokes and chat as concentration and focus exuded from a man unbeaten in 24 bouts and weighing in at a lighter-than-expected 112kg.

"I've come here to do a demolition job on Klitschko and that's what I intend to do," he told Sky Sports. "It's strictly business. It's a fight and may the best man win.

"I think it'll pan out with me knocking him out in Germany. That's all I can tell you. I don't intend to leave it to anyone else – my destiny is in these two hands.

"I'm a 4-1 underdog, but Cassius Clay was a big underdog against Sonny Liston and so was Leon Spinks against Muhammad Ali. Buster Douglas against Mike Tyson. Underdogs win.

"100 per cent I'm going to become heavyweight champion by knockout."
