Driver Involved In Fatal Hayden Accident Sentenced
The driver of the automobile involved in motorcycle legend Nicky Hayden’s fatal crash was handed a suspended sentence.

According to Motorsport.com, the driver who struck 2006 MotoGP World Champion Nicky Hayden in the accident that led to his death was given a suspended one-year sentence.
The driver, who was not named, was assigned 30% of the blame for speeding at the time of the accident. The blame was limited due to the fact that the bicycling Hayden was found to have ran a stop sign and was wearing earbuds at the time of the crash.
