Germans take relay gold to reassert luge domination
Germany stretched their lead at the summit of the overall medals table at the Pyeongchang Olympics on Thursday as they won their ninth gold with victory in the luge team relay.
The Germans -- who have triumphed in three of the four luge events in South Korea -- claimed gold from Canada in second and Austria in third.
Behind Germany overall are Norway, on six gold, with the Netherlands third with five, although there are plenty more to be won with 10 more days of competition.
