Europa League Final: Manchester United vs AJAX! 

The Europa League has reached its final act.

The final match between Manchester United and Ajax will be played at the "Friends Arena", in Stockholm.

This wil be an intense competition: the final score between the British and the Dutch seems to be open and not undisputed.
Ajax and Manchester United will compete for the fifth time in a UEFA competition: overall score is two victories on each side.

The Lancers have already won an Europa League edition in 1992, in the final against Turin. On the other hand, the Red Devils are still looking for their first claim in this competition.
Jose Mourinho's Manchester United and Peter Bosz's Ajax join the Europa League final after beating Celta Vigo and Olympique de Lyon respectively, after two very intense semi-finals.

The Stockholm Final will be refereed by Damir Skomina, as reported by the UEFA Referees Committee. The Slovenian is in the first final of his career. He has been an international referee since 2003 and has already led six semi-finals in the Europa League and Champions League over the past five seasons. He has been member of the EURO 2016 referees team, when he judged four matches.
