Scotland lose Gray and Denton to injury
Scotland will be unable to call upon forward duo Jonny Gray and David Denton for the clash against Ireland, with injury ruling the pair out.
Injuries have ensured Jonny Gray and David Denton will play no part in Scotland's Six Nations meeting with Ireland in Dublin on Saturday.
Gray underwent a scan on Monday and the results have shown the lock sustained a partial pectoral tear in the 29-18 win over France on Sunday, ruling him out of contention for this weekend's match.
Denton, meanwhile, has been sent back to Bath in order to continue his recovery from a groin injury sustained ahead of the 36-20 victory over Italy on February 27.
Finn Russell remains with the Scotland squad as he undergoes the graduated return-to-play protocol after suffering a concussion against Les Bleus at Murrayfield.
Ireland will be without Rob Kearney, with the full-back still troubled by the hamstring issue that kept him out of the 58-15 drubbing of Italy.
