Joshua 'absolutely' capable of unification, says Klitschko
Wladimir Klitschko believes Anthony Joshua can defeat both Joseph Parker and Deontay Wilder to unify the heavyweight division.
Anthony Joshua has what it takes to secure unification of the heavyweight division, according to Wladimir Klitschko.
The WBA and IBF champion Joshua memorably defeated Klitschko in an epic contest at Wembley in April, before defending his belts against late stand-in Carlos Takam in October.
Respective WBO and WBC title-holders Joseph Parker and Deontay Wilder are being lined up as Joshua's opponents in 2018, and Klitschko - now retired after a 21-year professional career - thinks the Brit can conquer all.
"I have passed the torch to the younger lion," the Ukrainian told the Sun.
"I wish, from the bottom of my heart, he continues to carry this torch for a long time and is very successful just like I was.
"Joshua is capable of unifying the division, absolutely."
