Jackson and Ringrose in to face Wallabies
Ireland coach Joe Schmidt has made four changes to the Ireland side beaten by New Zealand for this weekend's meeting with the Wallabies.
Fly-half Paddy Jackson and rookie centre Garry Ringrose will both start for Ireland in the test with Australia at the Aviva Stadium.
Ireland coach Joe Schmidt has made four changes to the side that lost 21-9 to New Zealand last weekend, with Jackson and Ringrose replacing injured duo Jonny Sexton and Robbie Henshaw, Iain Henderson starting at lock ahead of Donnacha Ryan and Keith Earls coming in for Simon Zebo on the wing.
Flanker CJ Stander, meanwhile, retains his place after recovering from the head injury that forced him from the field after just 22 minutes against the All Blacks.
Rory Best will skipper the side in Dublin on the occasion of his 100th cap and the Ulsterman is joined in the front row by in-form props Jack McGrath and Tadhg Furlong.
Conor Murray, meanwhile, is set to make his 53rd international appearance and the scrum-half is expecting the Wallabies to provide a stern test as Australia look to complete the third leg of a potential Grand Slam.
"New Zealand are a handful and Australia even more so at times," he told Irish Rugby TV. "They like to run the ball a lot, especially from deep and we'll have to be switched on to all their tactics.
"In terms of ourselves, we're looking to end the autumn series on a high with a good win over Australia and back up what we did over in Chicago [defeating New Zealand 40-29]."
The last three clashes between the two countries in Dublin have yielded a win apiece along with a draw.
