Slovakia missed out on automatic qualification for the semi finals after England beat host Poland 3-0, but there's still hope of progressing as the best-placed runner up if other results go its way. 

It was a dominant display from Slovakia, needing just five minutes to break the deadlock after Martin Chrien was left unmarked to head home at the back post.

Slovakia doubled its lead in the 22nd minute Jaroslav Mihalik capped off a swift counter attack with a blistering strike.

Former Newcastle United man Lubomir Satkra eventually found the third goal for Slovakia, with a strike from the edge of the box to keep his side in the tournament.
