Carlo Ancelotti questioned the attitude of his Bayern Munich players after a 2-2 draw at 10-man Eintracht Frankfurt extended their winless run to three matches in all competitions.

Bayern failed to take advantage of Borussia Dortmund's 1-1 draw with Hertha Berlin on Saturday (AEST) as Frankfurt equalised twice, through Szabolcs Huszti and Marco Fabian, despite Huszti being sent off when his side trailed 2-1.

The Bundesliga champion has a two-point lead at the top of the table, but Ancelotti felt his team was not alert enough and said he will consider changes for Thursday's (AEST) UEFA Champions League game against PSV.

"We didn't play well and showed a bad attitude," Ancelotti said. 

"We were asleep for the first 45 minutes, which is too much in any game.

"I have to change that, I want to see my team [play]. I'll have to think about changes."

Thomas Muller suffered a nasty gash to the head during the game, but the forward was also critical of Bayern's performance.

"We have not played from A to Z today, as we imagined," he said. 

"We as a team are currently making too many mistakes."

Bayern's problems are exacerbated by a leg injury for Franck Ribery that rules the winger out of the PSV match.

Speaking before the Eintracht game, assistant coach Hermann Gerland said: "He needs at least two to three weeks to be ready to play again."
